Winnah, Winnah, Chicken Dinnah
Sunday, February 3rd, 2008Two weeks ago, my Packers were defeated in the NFC Championship game by the New York Giants. I was mad. I slowly came to terms with it over the last two weeks. Now, the Giants have defeated the soul-less sons of Satan...er, the New England Patriots, in the Super Bowl. Somehow, now, all is right. I don't think I've cheered this much since Super Bowl XXXII. I am at peace now. I am happy for Strahan, Manning the Lesser, and the Goblin. Go, you Giants, go.

I know some people who were rooting for the Patriots, so they could tell people that they saw a team go 19-0. Personally, I think it seeing a team go 18-1 is much more memorable.

If the Pack couldn't be there, we wanted NY to show up those Pats. Your mom and I wore our SB XXXI Packer hats and it worked.
